Big news for Clubs on SPP!
It’s with great happiness that we’re finally able to bring better communication tools to our Clubs!
For quite some time, you’ve been asking to have private Club forums. You wanted a place to host Club-only contests, discuss Club business and plan weekly strategy away from the prying eyes of others! Well, you guessed it— we’re making it happen! The whole SPP team has been working hard to bring each Club their own private forum!
But before we roll-out this new feature to everyone, we’re going to beta test Club forums with just a small, random sampling of Clubs. We hope that by letting a few Clubs try out the new forum feature first, that we’ll be able to work-out any bugs or areas of confusion before they’re presented to everyone. 
If your Club was chosen for the beta test, you will be receiving a private message soon with further instructions on how to use and best enjoy your Club forum.
For now, here is some Q & A regarding Club Forums and the beta-testing process:
Q: Will the Club Channel still be available for all Clubs?
A: Absolutely. The Club Channel will remain open and available for all to post in. We expect you’ll post here to recruit new members, talk about your Club publicly, and interact with other Clubs in this space.
Q: Can the Admins read the Club Forums?
A: Yes. To enforce our Forum Guidelines and Terms of Use, SPP Staff will still have access to all Club Forums.
Q: How will we organize our Club forum? Can I pin things?
A: Club Founders and Officers will have the ability to pin, lock, and delete content in their forums. They will not however, be able to ban or suspend anyone in their Club from posting.
Q: How long will the beta-testing last? When will everyone else get to try out the Club Forum?
A: The beta-testing can last up to several weeks. Depending on the feedback we receive from the Club members testing it out, we may need to make some minor or major adjustments. We want to make sure everything works smoothly and safely before the testing phase is over.
Q: How did you select the Clubs for beta-testing?
A: Clubs that will be beta-testing are are a mixture of a random sampling, and all Admin and Ambassador Clubs.
Q: How will I know if my Club was selected to beta-test?
A: You will receive a PM (private message) in your SPP Inbox by the end of this week with additional details.
