Neon Blue Frame – Available to all club members
Neon Orange Frame – Must be from a club with 2 or more stars
Neon Purple Frame – Must be from a club with 4 or more stars
Neon Pink Frame
Neon Green Frame

I’m guessing there was a bug with the club items release? Looks like the Pink & Green frames are supposed to be available to Clubs with 3 stars and Clubs with 5 stars.

Get them while you can!
